Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the slot to another guest. I understand that life happens — emergencies, sickness, and unexpected events come up. As long as there is open communication, I’m always willing to work with you. However, no-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice may result in a fee and/or the requirement of a retainer to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
